The transaction results of the revised XC-D08-a1 land plot of Longgang New City’s regulatory detailed planning have been settled. Longgang Bu Rui New Energy Automobile Co., Ltd. won the industrial land at a reserve price of 20 million yuan.
Industrial and commercial information shows that its sole shareholder is Shanghai Bolei Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., which means that Bolei Technology has officially placed the production base of new energy driverless mining trucks on the industrial map of Longgang New City.

The area of a1 is 26666.67 square meters, or 40 acres. It is located south of Haifeng Road and west of Lingang Avenue. It belongs to the core area of Longgang New City Industrial Cluster.
The land use is Category II industrial land, and the industry access is clearly for mining special equipment manufacturing.
Longgang implements “standard land” reform, and the investment contract signed by Bo Lei has strict terms.
The fixed asset investment intensity is no less than 2.5 million yuan per mu, and the total fixed investment in 40 acres of land exceeds 100 million yuan.
For five consecutive years after reaching production and acceptance, the annual average tax revenue per mu is promised to be no less than 500,000 yuan per mu, and the base will contribute 20 million yuan in tax revenue every year.
The red line of the average annual output value per mu is not less than 2.5 million yuan, the proportion of R&D investment in the main business income is not less than 2.26%, the labor productivity of all employees is required to be more than 215,000 yuan per person, the added value of unit energy consumption is not less than 32,000 yuan per ton of standard coal, and the floor area ratio must be 2.4.
This shows that what Longgang wants is a high-intensity intelligent manufacturing factory with R&D capabilities, output density, and tax contribution.
Longgang is not Bo Lei’s only layout in Zhejiang.
At about the same time, Bolei’s industrial base in Huzhou also entered the production rhythm.
The Huzhou base focuses on the research and development and trial production of the three-electric system and wire-controlled chassis of new energy driverless mining trucks, which are core components; Longgang focuses on vehicle assembly integration and batch delivery to meet the order needs of mining customers.
The two bases, one in the south and one in the north, form a functional synergy for R&D trial production and large-scale mass production, which is a typical dual-base linkage pattern.
Bolei has been deeply involved in the field of unmanned driving in mines for many years. Its core products are pure electric unmanned mining trucks and wire-controlled wide-body dump trucks for open-pit mining scenarios, as well as a cloud dispatching platform.
The pure electric mining truck can recycle braking energy, and a single vehicle can reduce carbon emissions significantly in a year, and its operating energy consumption cost is as low as one-third or even lower than that of a diesel vehicle.
The unmanned driving system solves the problem of the shortage of transportation drivers and the risk of safety accidents in mining areas. Vehicles can realize full unmanned transportation in closed mining areas.
The year 2026 will be extremely fast-paced for Bo Lei.
At the beginning of the year, Bolei signed a strategic cooperation agreement with China Railway 21st Bureau. The two parties will cooperate in depth on unmanned transportation in mines and the construction of green and smart mines.
BYD has injected a strategic investment of 100 million yuan into Bolei Technology, aiming to form in-depth synergy in the electrified chassis, three-electric system and vehicle manufacturing of new energy mining vehicles.
Subsequently, Bo Lei officially submitted a listing application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
In the mining driverless track, Xidi Zhijia has been listed, and the prospectuses of Yikong Zhijia and Bolei Technology have been placed on the desk of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Who will become the second listed company remains to be solved.
