Recently, the national launch ceremony of MoonClaw, a cross-border full-link AI intelligent agent, was successfully held in Shantou, Guangdong. In addition to the official debut of new AI products at the event, the signing of the first nationwide order of cross-border e-commerce intelligent Token overseas was also completed simultaneously, marking a milestone step in the commercialization of domestic cross-border e-commerce AI services.
According to the organizer, the AI intelligent agent MoonClaw released this time adopts a multi-Agent matrix architecture, which can realize 7×24 hours of uninterrupted automated operations. Its capabilities cover the full-link business scenarios of cross-border e-commerce from store preparation, category selection, supply chain docking, contract fulfillment and delivery to later data review.
The system has currently opened up the CLI data interface of global mainstream cross-border platforms such as Amazon, AliExpress, Temu, Shopee, etc., and has built-in multi-modal large model capabilities. It can independently complete the generation of product graphics and short video materials, research and judgment on global market segment consumption trends, and launch advertising without manual intervention.
The dynamic and intelligent adjustment of advertising strategies truly realizes the full-chain automated operation of “from material generation to global shelves”. After preliminary testing and verification, it can help cross-border sellers reduce operating labor costs by more than 60%, improve product selection accuracy by 45% compared with manual operations, and increase overall store revenue by about 30% on average.
At the previous AI Toy Conference held in Shantou, the industry for the first time explored embedding Token capabilities into physical goods to complete overseas delivery. MoonClaw, released this time, goes a step further and directly transforms Token capabilities into the daily operating capabilities of cross-border stores. Although the two have different paths to enter the track, the underlying logic is to process domestic computing resources into vertical industry-specific capabilities, and then package them into digital services that can be delivered in compliance with cross-border regulations, exploring a new feasible path for domestic digital services to go overseas.
The smooth implementation of this innovative model is inseparable from the policy support of Shantou’s unique “Digital Bonded Zone”.
Relying on the dual advantages of the local international submarine cable landing station and the “Laishu Processing” pilot, the demand data of overseas users can be directly connected to the “Laishu Processing” area of the Shantou Overseas Chinese Experimental Zone through the international submarine cable. After completing large-scale model inference calculations and word consumption in the area, it is then returned to overseas clients through compliant cross-border data channels, realizing the compliance operation of “data does not leave the country, computing power stays within the country, and services are sold globally” throughout the process.
As early as April this year, Shantou has taken the lead in completing the first domestic full-chain closed-loop verification of city-level tokens going overseas. At present, overseas users can smoothly use various token services “made in Shantou”.
At the event, many cross-border sellers expressed high expectations for the launch of MoonClaw.
