On the morning of May 22, a significant cross-border economic and trade matchmaking meeting was held grandly at the Henan Business Exchange Activity Center in the Greater Bay Area.
Zhang Wei, President of the Guangzhou Henan Chamber of Commerce, Chen Li, Secretary-General of the Medical and Health Committee, and Zhang Jinpeng, Deputy Secretary-General, warmly met with Bi Wenchen, China representative of the Kazakhstan Foreign Trade Chamber of Commerce, General Manager of Atameken Club, Fan Yangming, founder of the leader system, and his party.
The two sides conducted in-depth and fruitful consultations on important issues such as new energy, agriculture, and cross-border overseas services between China and Kazakhstan, pressing the “accelerator button” for cooperation between enterprises in the two places.

At the meeting, President Zhang Wei first reviewed the Chamber of Commerce’s previous layout in Central Asia.
As early as the end of October 2025, the Chamber of Commerce carefully organized member companies to conduct business inspections in many cities in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.
Through this inspection, the Chamber of Commerce accurately linked the Central Asian market resources and laid a solid foundation for subsequent cooperation.
In the near future, Lei Shufeng, executive chairman of the Chamber of Commerce, will also lead a team to visit Kazakhstan’s leading new energy companies to continue to deepen industrial docking and further expand the depth and breadth of cooperation.
Bi Wenchen introduced in detail the significant advantages of Kazakh cooperation carriers.
As the national federation of industry and commerce of Kazakhstan, the Atamekon Chamber of Commerce is directly connected to the presidential palace, core ministries and leading local enterprises.
Its team has long maintained regular collaboration with relevant units of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade and the Ministry of Commerce, and has become the core bridge for economic and trade exchanges between China and Kazakhstan.
He particularly emphasized that China and Kazakhstan have been upgraded to a unique permanent comprehensive strategic partnership and are working together to build a community of a shared future between China and Kazakhstan. Cooperation in all fields is in a leading position in the region.
In June this year, the Atameken Chamber of Commerce will take the lead in holding a China-Kazakhstan project cooperation business forum in the capital Astana, which will release key project cooperation opportunities totaling more than 5 billion US dollars, and sincerely invite Chinese companies to participate in sharing the dividends.

After sufficient communication, the two sides reached an important consensus.
A strategic cooperation agreement between the Guangzhou Henan Chamber of Commerce and Atamecon High-end Club will be signed as soon as possible. The signing of this agreement will open up the sea channel for specialty products from Henan and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
At the same time, the two sides will focus on actively exploring cooperation projects in the fields of new energy, agriculture, medical care, infrastructure, etc., to facilitate the precise docking of bilateral resources and promote the implementation of practical results.
This economic and trade matchmaking meeting has set up a good platform for cooperation between enterprises from China and Kazakhstan. It is expected to open a new chapter of cooperation between the two parties in multiple fields and inject new vitality into the economic and trade exchanges between China and Kazakhstan.
