Cultivate production and marketing experts and consolidate the talent foundation
In terms of building an industrial talent team, Jiangcheng District implements a dual-track training strategy of “production + sales”.
In response to the technological upgrading needs of the production and manufacturing links, Jiangcheng District has opened an “order-based” technology improvement class, inviting expert professors to give special lectures, and has trained more than 130 professional and technical personnel in the company.
In addition, Jiangcheng District also promotes the establishment of contractual cooperation relationships between enterprises and technical talents through the method of bringing in old people and promoting new ones, and through learning, to continuously expand the team of technical talents and improve the production and manufacturing level of enterprises.

In April this year, the Jiangcheng District People’s Government and the Sino-Ukrainian Welding Institute of the Guangdong Academy of Sciences jointly established the “Jiangcheng (Guangzhou) Alloy Materials and Hardware Knife and Scissors Industry Talent Enclave”.
The platform actively publicizes and promotes Jiangcheng’s entrepreneurial and employment environment to the outside world, intensifies efforts to attract and recruit talents, and internally organizes technical talent teams from institutes and enterprises to jointly tackle “stuck” technical problems in the industry, gradually forming a flexible talent employment model of “working and living in Guangzhou, serving and contributing to Jiangcheng”.
The e-commerce creative park in No. 1 Chengcun, Chengxi Street, Jiangcheng, is experiencing an e-commerce boom.
The base has attracted 40 companies to sign and settle in, covering industries such as beauty sets, hardware knives and scissors, and baking molds. It has built an operation model of “one village e-commerce, one-point transaction, one-click delivery”. Last year, the total e-commerce business reached 320 million yuan.
The First Cheng Village Employment Station was also established last year and continues to enhance talent gathering through policy promotion, skills training, project incubation and other methods.
Zhongzhou Street has built an e-commerce talent training base for the alloy materials and hardware knives and scissors industries in Jiangcheng District (Zhongzhou).
