On April 2, the Chengdu Qingbaijiang District Stainless Steel Industry Chamber of Commerce went to Chengdu Sangege Hardware Tools Co., Ltd. to conduct daily visits.
Members of the Chamber of Commerce had face-to-face and in-depth exchanges with the person in charge of the company, General Manager Huang Huirui, with the aim of understanding the company’s operating conditions on the ground and giving full play to the role of the Chamber of Commerce as a bridge.
During the discussion and exchange session, the head of the company, Mr. Huang, warmly received the chamber of commerce delegation.
During the discussion, Mr. Huang described the company’s development history and business philosophy in detail.
Mr. Huang has officially been involved in the field of hardware accessories since 2009. On the one hand, he provides supporting services for stainless steel processing, and on the other hand, he carries out product wholesale business across Sichuan.
During the development of the enterprise, it experienced the impact and test of a fire in Gubai Antian Market, but it moved forward steadily with pragmatic business strategies.
Today, the company has become a professional service supporting service provider in major market parks in Qingbaijiang, interpreting the responsibility of industrial people with persistence.
When talking about the service concept, Mr. Huang shared his unique business experience, which is to “find out the customer’s temper”.
This means fully understanding customers’ habits, paying attention to every piece of feedback from customers, while providing convenient and fast delivery services, and truly putting customer needs first.
However, Mr. Huang also frankly mentioned the practical problems currently faced by the company.
Qingbaijiang’s market layout is scattered, resulting in long distribution distances, which not only increases time and labor costs, but also comes with certain risks to employees’ personal safety.
But even so, Mr. Huang still firmly stated that it is the unshirkable responsibility of the company to meet market demand and provide good service guarantee.
