Sanhe Huaxia Hengtai Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. continues to make efforts in equipment updates and stands out through innovation and transformation.
Automated equipment such as turning and milling integrated centering machines and five-axis linkage turning and milling composite machining centers are operating in an orderly manner… In the Huaxia Hengtai production workshop, staff are staring at the screen to debug the newly built fully automated lathe production line, which will be officially put into use soon.
“We mainly produce oil drilling equipment and have now established a full industry chain platform from precision machining to complete processing.” Qiu Zhenbang, production manager of Huaxia Hengtai, said that based on the existing 1 lathe automated production line, the company is accelerating the construction of 3 automated production lines. After they are put into use, it plans to increase the company’s existing production capacity by another 120%.
In addition to equipment updates, Huaxia Hengtai also focuses on the demand for intelligent and lightweight petroleum equipment, introduces advanced equipment, and builds a full-dimensional performance testing system.
“By 2026, the 45-acre new production base we planned will be put into use, and four more automated production lines will be installed by then to further enhance the level of intelligence and intensification.” said Chang Hongwei, chairman and general manager of Huaxia Hengtai.
In the production workshop of Sanhe Tongfei Refrigeration Co., Ltd., the liquid-cooled ring production line is operating at full capacity, and staff are assembling liquid-cooled temperature control products in an orderly manner.
Such products are not only widely used in domestic CNC equipment, lasers, new energy vehicles, medical equipment and other fields, but also go global with the company’s overseas market strategic layout.

According to statistics, the high-end precision machinery industry cluster in Sanhe City covers multiple fields such as general equipment manufacturing and special equipment manufacturing, and gathers 270 companies such as Tongfei Co., Ltd., Leoni Wiring Harness, and Xinhongchang Special Vehicles, including 45 industrial enterprises above designated size, 103 high-tech enterprises, and 5 national green factories. From January to October 2025, it achieved operating income of 10.73 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 9.9%, and paid taxes of 450 million yuan.
“In the next step, we will focus on supporting leading and backbone enterprises, promote upstream and downstream linkage of enterprises, extend and strengthen the chain, and expand the scale of the cluster.” A staff member of the Sanhe Municipal Science, Technology and Industrial Information Bureau said that the city will also deepen the coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, promote the “R&D in Beijing and transform in Sanhe” model, and support the Yanjiao High-tech Zone and Beijing Urban Sub-center to jointly build an innovation highland.
