(hereinafter referred to as “Changluhong Tire”) officially announced the launch of the environmental impact assessment process for the reconstruction and expansion project of high-performance semi-steel radial tires with an annual output of 12 million sets, and conducted an environmental impact assessment approval announcement on January 21.

It is understood that the project has completed formal filing as early as August 2025 and is located in Yinan County, Linyi City, Shandong Province.
As an important layout of the tire industry, after the completion of the project, Changluhong Tire’s high-performance semi-steel radial tire production capacity will be significantly expanded.
This helps companies capture market share and meet the growing market demand for high-quality tires.

At present, Changluhong Tire’s production base in the Yinan County Economic Development Zone is quite large-scale, covering an area of more than 1,260 acres, and has built a modern building cluster of 700,000 square meters, forming a park layout integrating “production, research and housing”.
The advancement of this reconstruction and expansion project is not only an important milestone in Changluhong Tire’s own development, but will also create a large number of local jobs.
