A few days ago, Linyi Zhejiang Hardware Industrial Park, a key project of Shandong-Zhejiang industrial cooperation with a total investment of 1.05 billion yuan, ushered in the milestone moment when the main structure of the first phase of the project was capped.

At 9 a.m. on December 4, the construction site of Linyi Zheshang Hardware Industrial Park in Hedong District was busy. With the precise pouring of the last concrete, the main structure capping of the six standardized industrial plants within the first phase of 133 acres of land was successfully completed.
“The project was approved in January 2025, the land was obtained in August, and construction began in October. The main structure capping of workshops 19 and 20 has been completed. The remaining buildings are expected to be capped before New Year’s Day and delivered to the owner in July 2026.” said Li Weiyu, engineering director of the Engineering Management Department of Shandong Guangyuan Real Estate Development Co., Ltd.

As a key industrial project jointly invested by Linyi Zhejiang Chamber of Commerce members, the park is planned to cover a total area of 300 acres. The first phase of the project focuses on the three cores of “intelligent manufacturing, headquarters economy, and shared services” to create 101,900 square meters of modern industrial space.
The construction unit adheres to the concept of “safety first, quality first, efficiency first”, sets up a professional technical team to optimize the construction plan, innovatively uses 3D modeling technology to avoid construction conflicts in advance, and ultimately achieves the goals of “zero accidents” in construction safety and “zero defects” in quality.
“The park will focus on the entire industry chain of the hardware industry, focusing on introducing various high-quality enterprises such as construction hardware, tool hardware, daily hardware, mechanical hardware, precision casting, surface intelligence manufacturing, high-end molds, etc., and is committed to building an industrial ecosystem with coordinated development and innovation.
