Amidst the wave of industrial development, Linyou County has reached a significant milestone. Recently, the first phase of the Linyou County Coal Mine Equipment Remanufacturing and Intelligent Manufacturing Project officially entered the trial production stage. The project’s launch and trial production, like a pebble thrown into a calm lake, has created ripples across Linyou’s industrial development. This project is of extraordinary significance; it not only marks a crucial step for Linyou in promoting the intelligent upgrading of coal mine equipment and the development of a circular economy, but also fills the industrial gap in high-end manufacturing and recycling of coal mine equipment in the region. It is understood that the project has a total investment of approximately 50 million yuan and is planned to be constructed in two phases. The first phase of the project showcases a strong modern feel, having purchased a series of high-tech equipment, including advanced domestic laser cutting tube sheet integrated machines, welding robots, single-unit robots, and handheld laser welding machines. Inside the production workshop, workers skillfully operate robots to weld mining machinery parts. These advanced devices operate methodically, primarily used to produce core components of coal mining machinery such as intelligent mine ventilation doors and explosion-proof devices. The second phase of the project also has a clear plan, which will include the construction of a remanufacturing workshop, an intelligent production workshop, and a supporting R&D center, mainly dedicated to the research and development and production of intelligent mining equipment. The project’s adoption of domestically leading non-destructive testing, precision repair, and intelligent assembly technologies is a major core competitive advantage. These technologies enable the “refurbishment and upgrading” of obsolete coal mining equipment, reducing procurement costs for enterprises, while simultaneously developing and producing intelligent mining equipment with remote monitoring and automatic inspection functions. This not only helps coal mining enterprises achieve safe production but also significantly improves production efficiency, achieving a dual improvement in both safety and efficiency.
Project leader Li Yajun stated, “After the project reaches full production capacity, it is expected to produce 2,000 sets of core components for coal mining machinery and 500 sets of intelligent mining equipment annually, achieving an annual output value of 50 million yuan and profits and taxes of 5 million yuan, creating stable employment for over 150 people.” This series of data not only demonstrates the project’s enormous potential but also reflects its positive impact on local economic development and employment.
