This rectification action closely follows the requirements of building a quality power, a healthy China and a “good house”, adheres to the principles of problem orientation, source control, and construction integration, and focuses on outstanding achievements in the field of indoor air formaldehyde control and detection
To carry out centralized rectification of problems, we will improve the risk prevention and control model of the entire chain, build a full-process, multi-dimensional, and normalized governance system, promote the quality improvement of the home decoration industry chain, and ultimately achieve the goal of “standardized governance, integrity testing, safe consumption, and safe living” and comprehensively purify the home decoration consumer market environment.
1. Crack down on illegal activities
This rectification will focus on two types of core illegal activities: First, strictly investigate and deal with the problem of falsification of test reports, increase the intensity of spot checks on formaldehyde testing institutions and management companies that falsify data, tamper with results, and issue false reports. Institutions that seriously violate the law will have their qualifications revoked in accordance with the law.
