On January 20, 2026, the unveiling and enterprise signing event of Zheng Qingchun’s cross-border e-commerce base with the theme of “Digital Leading and Seeing the World” was held grandly at the Zhongyuan Digital Economy Science and Technology Park in Erqi District.
The successful holding of this event is like lighting up a bright light on the development path of Zhengzhou’s cross-border e-commerce industry, marking that Zhengzhou’s cross-border e-commerce industry has taken a key step towards standardization and clustering, and is gradually building a new development pattern of “base carrying, ecological empowerment, and government-enterprise collaboration”.

The atmosphere at the event was warm and full of hope.
At this event, Erqi District Data Technology Group, Zhengzhou Investment Control Technology Industrial Park Development Co., Ltd., and Shenzhen Cross-Border E-Commerce Association signed a tripartite cooperation agreement.
At the same time, the Erqi District Government and the Shenzhen Cross-Border E-Commerce Association completed settlement contracts with 56 cross-border e-commerce chain owners including Zhengchun Qingchun Cross-border Technology (Zhengzhou) Co., Ltd., AJEX, and PT.Pelita Asia Jaya.
The content of the contract is extensive, covering many key areas of cross-border e-commerce such as supply chain, logistics, trade, beauty, and information technology.
This means that in the future, all parties will integrate the industry resources and talent advantages of the Shenzhen Cross-Border E-Commerce Association, as well as the industry, environment, and policy advantages of Erqi District, and work together to inject new and powerful momentum into the development of Zhengzhou’s cross-border e-commerce.

Wang Xin, President of the Shenzhen Cross-border E-commerce Association, emphasized in her speech: “The construction of Zhengchun Qingchun Cross-border E-commerce Base this time is not simply to build a cooperation platform, but to use the base as an important fulcrum to provide all-round and in-depth enabling services for Zhengzhou cross-border e-commerce enterprises.” Shenzhen Cross-border E-commerce Association has been deeply involved in the cross-border e-commerce industry for many years, and has accumulated rich industry resources, a mature talent reserve system and complete industrial operation experience.
In the future, the association will give full play to the advantages of its global branch network to provide Zhengzhou enterprises with precise services such as overseas market research and localized operation guidance, and promote the deep integration of “Shenzhen experience” and “Zhengzhou advantages”.
Specifically, the association will integrate high-quality cross-border e-commerce resources in Shenzhen and even across the country, accurately connect with global mainstream platforms such as Amazon and Temu, and build a convenient bridge for Zhengzhou enterprises to directly reach overseas markets; in response to the pain point of local enterprises’ talent shortage, the association will jointly create a customized talent training system with practical lecturers to teach offline.
Through various activities such as classes, flexible online courses, corporate exchange salons and on-site visits, we can quickly cultivate a group of comprehensive local talents who understand operations, markets, and compliance; introduce Shenzhen’s mature industrial operation model to help the base quickly form a cluster effect of “enterprise agglomeration, resource sharing, and coordinated development” to effectively reduce the operating costs of enterprises.
As an active successor and staunch practitioner of cross-border e-commerce policy dividends, Erqi District has been committed to continuously optimizing the industrial ecology by relying on its intermediate hub advantage of linking dry ports and airport areas.
At present, the whole region has formed a good pattern of “leading leadership, cluster development, and wide area coverage”.
The region has cultivated 23 national, provincial and municipal e-commerce demonstration bases (enterprises), and six major industrial bases, including the Central E-commerce Port and the Zhengtou Science and Technology Innovation Park, each with its own characteristics and collaborative empowerment.
During the “14th Five-Year Plan” period, the region’s cross-border e-commerce transaction volume has achieved steady growth year by year, laying a solid foundation for the high-quality development of the industry.
The unveiling of Zhengchun Qingchun Cross-border E-commerce Base and the signing of contracts by enterprises will undoubtedly bring new development opportunities and broad development prospects to the cross-border e-commerce industry in Erqi District and even Zhengzhou.
