In 2025, the global tire industry’s “rising in the east and declining in the west” pattern will further accelerate.
At a time when traditional giants in Europe and the United States are frequently shutting down factories and shrinking their front lines due to cost and demand pressures, China’s leading tire companies are strongly expanding their market share by relying on their comprehensive advantages of scale, cost and technological innovation.
As the “leader” in the industry, Zhongce Rubber Group recently handed over an eye-catching annual answer sheet.

Financial report data shows that in 2025, Zhongce Rubber achieved total operating income of 44.956 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 14.52%; net profit attributable to the parent company was 4.147 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 9.51%; the more representative core business net profit after non-recurring gains and losses reached 4.058 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 22.15%.
During the reporting period, Zhongce Rubber’s order situation was good, its production and sales scale continued to expand, and its leading position in the industry was further consolidated.
From the perspective of product structure, Zhongce Rubber has achieved double-digit growth in its two core areas of commercial tires and passenger tires.
In terms of all-steel tires, as the world’s largest all-steel tire manufacturer in terms of production and sales, Zhongce Rubber will achieve all-steel tire sales revenue of 20.545 billion yuan in 2025, a year-on-year increase of 14.13%.
Relying on the development concept of “scenario-defined tires”, the company has formed a product matrix covering all scenarios such as heavy-duty, mining, and long-distance transportation. Driven by its cost-effectiveness advantages, the company has become one of the few companies in the all-steel tire field that maintains full-capacity production and product supply exceeds demand.
It is worth noting that the domestic all-steel tire brand distribution channels represented by Zhongce have relied on their significant advantages to force overseas brands to basically withdraw; while in overseas distribution channels, Zhongce Rubber is also unstoppable, with sales growth exceeding 20% last year.

In terms of semi-steel tires, in 2025, Zhongce’s semi-steel tire sales revenue will reach 15.653 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 15.41%.
Among them, 58.7704 million were sold through distribution channels. Domestic sales continued to rank first in the industry, and products were developing towards large sizes.
In the high-end market, Zhongce Rubber’s “No. 1” series of flagship passenger tires has become the number one representative of the high-end series of Chinese tire brands in the country.
This series has further launched the No. 1 EV PRO adapted to new energy sources, the No. 1 racing high-performance flagship tire, and the C318 all-road SUV hybrid-electric dual-engine tire and other popular models, and won honors such as “Best High-end EV Tire of the Year” in the industry’s “Golden Wheel Award” selection.
In the field of new energy vehicles, Zhongce Rubber has achieved a leap from “quantitative change” to “qualitative change”.
In 2025, the company’s number of supporting tires for new energy passenger vehicles will exceed 10.7 million (the total tire supporting sales volume will exceed 25 million), becoming China’s most important original tire supplier for new energy vehicles.
The company is not only the tire supplier with the largest supply to leading brands such as BYD, Xpeng, Leapmotor, and Aian, but has also successfully achieved original equipment support for mid-to-high-end models such as Toyota Platinum 3X, BYD Hiace 06EV, Xpeng NOMA, and Dongfeng Warrior 817. A number of mid-to-high-end designated projects are in progress.
In addition, in the field of new energy commercial vehicles, the company’s family of special tires for electric commercial vehicles, which will be launched globally in July 2025, has occupied the first-mover advantage in special tires for electric trucks.
The channel moat that Zhongce Rubber has built over the long term is the key support for its steady growth.
In the domestic market, as of the end of 2025, the company has more than 600 stable first-level dealers and more than 40,000 core retail channel customers.
In response to the pain point of fragmented tire consumption scenarios, the company continues to promote the construction of an instant retail system. The quick delivery service network has covered 202 prefecture-level cities and 508 counties (districts) across the country, and has begun to introduce unmanned delivery vehicles to improve service efficiency.
At the same time, full-chain traceability is achieved through RFID “one child, one code” technology, and channel operations are becoming increasingly standardized.
In terms of overseas markets, under the test of complex tariff policies, the company’s overseas distribution channel market share increased instead of falling.
Through unified brand management and systematic empowerment, the company is promoting overseas channels to sink into more subdivided countries and cities, converting brand potential into global market share.
Zhongce Rubber’s performance in 2025 is a microcosm of the changes in the global tire industry pattern.
Against the background of declining sales and continued shrinkage of market share of traditional European and American giants, Chinese tire companies represented by Zhongce are moving from “scale leadership” to “technology and brand leadership” by relying on technological iteration, full industry chain advantages and agile market response.
Looking into the future, I believe that as the company continues to deepen its presence in new energy vehicle supporting, high-end semi-steel tire markets and global channel layout, Zhongce Rubber’s global industry status is expected to be further enhanced!
