According to news on June 25, 2026, Limitless Labs (formerly known as LimitlessCNC), the world’s first independent physical AI platform for CAD/CAM (computer-aided design and computer-aided manufacturing) in the mechanical manufacturing field, officially announced the completion of a $20 million Series A financing. This round of financing was jointly led by Dell Technologies Capital and Square Peg, with participation from many well-known industry institutions such as Grove Ventures, Meron Capital, and Kinetica.

According to official disclosures, the physical AI basic model-driven agent created by Limitless Labs can be directly embedded into engineers’ existing mainstream CAM systems (including Siemens NX CAM, Mastercam, PTC Creo, etc.) to complete CNC programming automation work. It helps manufacturers capture, standardize, and scale the professional experience of senior programmers without changing the company’s original workflow.
Since coming out of stealth mode and opening up for commercial use, Limitless Labs has expanded from the initial pilot stage to reaching full production deployment cooperation with leading industry customers such as Blue Origin, Cadillac F1 Team, Sandvik, Iscar, etc. Its business covers aerospace, national defense, racing, industrial machinery and other high-precision manufacturing fields. Actual testing can shorten CNC programming time by up to 50%.
At the same time, the platform fully complies with ITAR compliance requirements and supports deployment on AWS GovCloud, which can meet the security needs of industry scenarios with the most stringent regulatory requirements.
Currently, the global precision manufacturing industry is facing a severe talent gap crisis. As the market demand for complex and high-precision parts continues to grow, the gap in senior programming technical talents continues to expand.
Taking the U.S. market as an example, nearly a quarter of the local manufacturing workforce is over 55 years old, and 97% of manufacturers list the retention of technical experience as their primary concern for business operations. Currently, there are 409,000 local manufacturing-related job vacancies, and this gap is expected to expand to 1.9 million by 2033.
For a long time, the programming of core components in high-value fields such as aerospace, national defense, medical care, and industry has still been highly dependent on manual operations, practitioners’ tacit knowledge, and years of accumulated practical experience. The pain points of long talent training cycles and difficulty in retaining experience have long restricted the improvement of industry production capacity.

Limitless
Labs co-founder and CEO David
Priev said: “The manufacturing industry needs not only more automation solutions, but also an optimal path that can efficiently capture and replicate the experience of senior machinists on a large scale. The platform we have created can be seamlessly embedded into the manufacturer’s existing CAD/CAM system, helping teams standardize best production practices, reduce production bottlenecks in programming, and allow senior programmers to gather
We believe that the next epoch-making AI platform will be built for the physical world, and the starting point of this process is to provide manufacturers with a feasible solution to copy core technology experience to every new component and every new engineer.”
Limitless is introduced.
Labs’ core competitiveness comes from its exclusive physical AI basic model. Unlike general large model training data, which is mostly text and general code, the training data of this model all comes from industrial scene-specific data such as metal cutting physics principles, CAD geometry data, and operational constraints of real production equipment.
The CAM agent built based on this model is currently adapted to mainstream industrial design software such as Mastercam, NX, and Creo. As long as the corresponding CAD file is input, the agent can automatically complete the entire process of feature identification, tool recommendation, process arrangement, tool path generation, etc., and output processing programs that can be directly used in workshop production. Under the premise that engineers have full control over the workflow, programming time can be reduced by up to half.
Yair Snir, investor representative and managing director of Dell Technologies Capital, commented: “Limitless
Labs represents the next wave of development in enterprise AI, which is penetrating from digital workflows into the physical world of precision manufacturing.
Their unique basic model technology and mature production implementation capabilities make us convinced that the team is building a benchmark platform in the global manufacturing AI field.”
It is understood that this round of financing has been completed.
The funds raised will be mainly used in three major directions: first, to build a dedicated U.S. commercialization team to expand the North American market; second, to promote the iteration of the physical AI basic model in the direction of closed-loop CNC automation; third, to expand the functional coverage boundary of CAM agents and improve the automation capabilities of all aspects of CNC programming in the existing CAD/CAM system.
At the same time, the company also plans to expand its deep technology research laboratory in Tel Aviv, and the team is expected to approximately double in size in the next 12 months.
Previously, Limitless Labs was invited to attend the Reindustrialize 2026 conference held in Detroit, Michigan, USA, from June 16 to 17, to participate in discussions on development paths related to the reconstruction of the U.S. manufacturing industry. Its technical solutions have also been widely recognized by industry participants.
