On June 16, the 12th Shenzhen International Cross-border E-commerce Trade Expo and the 9th 616 Global Cross-border E-commerce Festival officially kicked off at the Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center (Futian).
The exhibition area of this exhibition exceeded 80,000 square meters, covering dozens of popular overseas categories such as 3C digital, clothing and bags, maternal and child toys, beauty and personal care, household appliances, outdoor sports, etc. It has created a closed loop with five core functions of “global product selection, platform investment promotion, service docking, trend insight, and network expansion” to ”
“Internationalization, Specialization, Industrialization, and Branding” is the goal of the exhibition, which comprehensively displays the latest developments and future development trends of the cross-border e-commerce industry. It has attracted hundreds of thousands of cross-border practitioners from all over the world to visit and exchange over three days. It is one of the largest and most influential cross-border industry events in South China.

As a senior foreign trade service organization that has been deeply involved in the field of digital marketing for many years, during this exhibition, the professional service team appeared at the core booth with a one-stop overseas marketing solution. Relying on the practical experience of serving more than 36,000 foreign trade companies, starting from the two core dimensions of overseas market insight and local brand building, it focused on independent website customization and construction, overseas social media matrix operations, search engine optimization, precise traffic delivery and other core business sectors that sellers are concerned about.
The cross-border e-commerce sellers and foreign trade manufacturing companies interviewed one by one dissected the core pain points encountered in the process of overseas marketing, such as difficulty in acquiring customers, low conversion, and weak brand recognition. They also provided one-on-one customized overseas plans based on the category characteristics, target markets, and development stages of different companies to help companies sort out clear business growth paths. Many merchants present said that face-to-face communication and answering questions gave them a more systematic understanding of independent website marketing and overseas brand building, and they gained a lot.

In addition to professional business consulting services, the booth also set up a number of heart-warming interactive activities: the “Buy a Drink of Water” benefit for visiting merchants, which relieved everyone’s fatigue from participating in the summer exhibition and shortened the communication distance between service providers and sellers; the carefully prepared “Blind Box Drawing” activity was full of fun, with low participation thresholds and practical prizes. It attracted a large number of exhibitors to stop and participate, allowing originally professional business exchanges to unfold in a relaxed atmosphere, and also allowing many sellers to feel the warmth of the service team.
The relevant person in charge of the exhibition team said that offline exhibitions are an excellent window for face-to-face communication with foreign trade companies. They can not only directly understand the real challenges and actual needs faced by companies going overseas, but also pass on mature digital marketing solutions and market-proven operational experience to more sellers, letting everyone know that cross-border going overseas is never a lonely effort, and there is a professional service team who can go hand in hand.
It is understood that during the exhibition, the service booth had a steady flow of customers and received a large number of cooperation intentions. Many heads of foreign trade companies bluntly said that the exchanges at this exhibition not only clarified their future overseas layout ideas, but also found reliable service partners. Participating in the exhibition was a worthwhile trip.
In the future, the digital marketing service organization will continue to delve deeply into the field of foreign trade services, continue to iterate its technical capabilities, optimize solutions, and polish operational services. It will use more practical overseas strategies and more warm supporting services to protect every Chinese manufacturing company that wants to go global, and help more Chinese brands gain a foothold in overseas markets.
