On January 30, the special matchmaking meeting of “Guanghuo Hong Tianxia Spring Action – Xiyin Industry Bringing Overseas Plan (Huaiji Station)” was grandly held in Huaiji, Zhaoqing.
As an important measure for Zhaoqing to implement the “Guanghuo Tianxia” spring action and promote the “five-foreign linkage” strategy, this event focuses on the in-depth integration of “cross-border e-commerce + industrial belts” to build a bridge for Huaiji garment enterprises to go overseas and inject strong new momentum into the high-quality development of the county economy.
This matchmaking meeting is jointly sponsored by the Guangdong Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce, Huaiji County People’s Government, Zhaoqing Municipal Commerce Bureau, and Zhaoqing Municipal Industry and Information Technology Bureau. It aims to promote the accurate docking of the local clothing industry and cross-border e-commerce platforms and solve the problem of mountainous counties going overseas.
The event was carried out in a diversified format such as on-site visits, policy promotions, on-site product selection, and three-party discussions, attracting nearly 50 guests from relevant government departments, representatives of Xiyin Company, local clothing companies and financial institutions in Huaiji to discuss cooperation and seek common development.
At the meeting, relevant leaders from the Zhaoqing Municipal Commerce Bureau, Zhaoqing Municipal Industry and Information Technology Bureau, and Huaiji County People’s Government delivered speeches, detailing Zhaoqing’s practical path to explore the integrated development of “cross-border e-commerce + industrial belt” and a series of measures to support the transformation and upgrading of Huaiji’s garment processing industry.
“Enterprise development requires policy escort, industrial agglomeration requires platform support, and the business environment is the core competitiveness.” The relevant person in charge of the Zhaoqing Municipal Commerce Bureau said that Xiyin’s practice of “platform empowering counties and industries driving revitalization” is of great exemplary significance. He hopes that entrepreneurs will seize opportunities, find the right points of fit, and achieve complementary advantages and win-win development.
The relevant person in charge of the Huaiji County Government also made it clear that they will continue to optimize the cross-border e-commerce development environment, improve industrial supporting facilities, implement various supporting policies, and make every effort to promote the local clothing industry to move toward clustering, digitalization, and branding.
As the core cooperation platform of this event, representatives of Xiyin Company explained the supplier cooperation model and investment policy in detail.

In terms of financial support, representatives from Huaiji Rural Commercial Bank and China CITIC Bank Guangzhou Branch promoted customized financing products for cross-border trade in the apparel industry, providing full-chain financial security for enterprises going overseas.
It is worth noting that Huaiji’s clothing industry already has a solid foundation: there are 1,028 clothing production and operation entities in the county, and the total industrial output value has exceeded 2 billion yuan, creating employment for more than 15,000 people.
In recent years, Huaiji has continued to promote the integrated development of “cross-border e-commerce + industrial belt” and organized in-depth connection between local enterprises and Xiyin. Currently, many companies have become Xiyin’s first-level suppliers, gradually forming a “one-hour supply chain circle” covering counties, towns and villages.
At the matchmaking meeting, representatives from Huaiji garment companies conducted in-depth exchanges with the Xiyin team on key issues such as product standards, cooperation processes, order docking, and logistics support. Many companies reached preliminary cooperation intentions on the spot, laying a solid foundation for subsequent in-depth cooperation.
